Volunteering at Developmental Programs
Anyone interested in other people can volunteer their time. Currently, our volunteers come from all age groups and all walks of life. Local high schools and universities send students to help the individuals we support. Some college students volunteer at our sites and receive college credit.
Volunteers interact with our residents in the residential buildings and provide much needed support services to the Administrative Offices.
Volunteers are asked to do things that they feel most comfortable doing. Taking a walk, reading a story, helping with an arts and crafts activity are some of the ways you can contribute to the lives of those we support. Anyone interested in volunteering, please contact the volunteer coordinator.
